Pure Vitamins Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placement, only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once processing begins (picking, packing, or label creation), cancellations are not possible.
If shipped, see our Returns & Refund Policy instead.

How to Cancel
Email hello@puremultivitamins.com or call +44 7405 672 771 with your order number and details. We’ll review and respond within 24 hours.

Approved Cancellations
Full refund to original payment method (processed in 10 business days). We may deduct minor transaction fees if charged by the processor.

Exceptions  
Custom, personalized, sale/final sale, or non-cancellable items (as noted on the product page) cannot be canceled. We reserve the right to cancel orders (e.g., pricing errors, fraud) with a full refund.
