Pure Vitamins UK Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placement, only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once processing begins (picking, packing, or label creation), cancellations are not possible.
If shipped, see our Returns & Refund Policy instead.

This 24-hour window is about stopping an order before it is dispatched. It does not affect your statutory right to cancel an online order, which normally gives you 14 days from receiving the order to tell us you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. See our Refund Policy.

How to Cancel
Email hello@puremultivitamins.com or call +44 7405 672 771 with your order number and details. We’ll review and respond within 24 hours.

Approved Cancellations
Full refund to the original payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days. We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not deduct transaction fees.

Exceptions
Custom, personalized, sale/final sale, or non-cancellable items (as noted on the product page) cannot be canceled. We reserve the right to cancel orders (e.g., pricing errors, fraud) with a full refund.
