Pure Vitamins UK Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 23 August 2026

This policy explains how Pure Vitamins UK subscriptions work, how customers can manage or cancel a subscription, and how cancellation affects individual subscription orders.

It applies to subscription purchases made through www.puremultivitamins.com.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

1. About Us

Pure Vitamins UK is a trading name of:

Pure Multivitamins Ltd
Company number: SC877839
6 Barclay Street
Stonehaven
AB39 2BJ
United Kingdom

Email: hello@puremultivitamins.com
Telephone: +44 7405 672 771

2. How Subscriptions Work

When the “Subscribe & Save” option is available for a product, you can choose to receive that product automatically at regular intervals.

Before starting a subscription, the product page or checkout will show:

  • The subscription price;

  • The discount being offered;

  • The delivery frequency;

  • When recurring payments will be taken; and

  • How the subscription can be changed or cancelled.

Unless a different frequency is selected or displayed when you subscribe, subscription orders are normally scheduled every 30 days.

The payment method saved to your subscription will be charged automatically for each recurring order.

By starting a subscription, you authorise us and our payment provider to collect the recurring payments shown when you subscribe until the subscription is cancelled.

There is no minimum commitment period unless a different minimum term is clearly stated before purchase. Our standard supplement subscriptions do not have a cancellation fee.

3. Subscription Discount

The subscription discount applicable to a product will be displayed before you complete your subscription purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the standard Subscribe & Save discount is 10% off the current one-time product price.

The discount is applied to eligible subscription products and does not normally apply to:

  • Delivery charges;

  • Gift cards;

  • Products excluded from promotions;

  • One-off purchases;

  • Taxes or duties where applicable; or

  • Other charges not included in the product price.

Discounts cannot normally be combined unless the relevant promotion expressly allows this.

The underlying retail price of a product may change. If a change affects a future subscription charge, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email where required, giving you the opportunity to change or cancel the subscription before the revised price applies.

Any price already charged for a processed order will be honoured.

4. Payment and Renewal Notifications

Subscription payments are collected automatically using the payment method associated with the subscription.

Where supported by our subscription system, we will send an email before an upcoming recurring charge. Customers should not rely exclusively on reminder emails and remain responsible for managing their subscription and keeping their email address current.

Failure to receive a reminder email does not remove your right to cancel future subscription orders, but it may not reverse an order that has already entered processing or dispatch.

You can review your next scheduled order through your customer account or subscription-management link.

5. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription through the subscription-management link in your customer account or in subscription emails.

Depending on the options supported for the relevant subscription, you may be able to:

  • Skip an upcoming delivery;

  • Change the delivery frequency;

  • Change the next scheduled order date;

  • Update your payment method;

  • Update your delivery address;

  • Pause the subscription;

  • Change the subscribed product or quantity; or

  • Cancel future recurring orders.

Not every management option will necessarily be available for every product or after an order has entered processing.

If you cannot access the subscription-management facility, contact us at hello@puremultivitamins.com from the email address associated with the subscription.

We aim to respond promptly during our normal customer-service hours.

6. Cancelling Future Subscription Orders

You can cancel your subscription at any time, without a cancellation fee or minimum commitment period.

You can cancel by:

  • Using the cancellation option in your subscription-management account; or

  • Emailing hello@puremultivitamins.com from the email address connected to the subscription.

Cancellation stops future recurring orders that have not already been processed.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund:

  • An order that has already been charged;

  • An order already being prepared;

  • An order already passed to the fulfilment or delivery provider; or

  • Products previously delivered.

If an order has recently been charged, contact us immediately. We will check whether it can still be stopped. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or fulfilment has begun.

If the order cannot be stopped, your cancellation and return rights for that order are explained below and in our Returns & Refund Policy.

After cancellation:

  • No new recurring orders should be created under that subscription;

  • No cancellation fee will be charged;

  • Orders already dispatched will continue to delivery; and

  • Your statutory rights concerning delivered goods remain unaffected.

We will send or provide confirmation when the subscription cancellation has been recorded.

7. Difference Between Cancelling a Subscription and Cancelling an Order

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals.

Cancelling an individual order concerns a specific order that has already been created or charged.

These are separate actions. Cancelling an individual order does not necessarily cancel the continuing subscription, and cancelling the subscription may not stop an individual order that has already entered processing.

If you want both the current order and future subscription cancelled, clearly ask us to do both.

8. Statutory Right to Cancel a Distance-Sale Order

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have the right to cancel an eligible online purchase without giving a reason.

For goods, the cancellation period generally ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise this right, you must tell us clearly that you wish to cancel before the cancellation period expires.

You can contact us at:

Email: hello@puremultivitamins.com
Address: Pure Multivitamins Ltd, 6 Barclay Street, Stonehaven, AB39 2BJ, United Kingdom

You do not have to use a particular form, but your message should include:

  • Your name;

  • Your order number;

  • The product being returned; and

  • A clear statement that you are cancelling the order.

After notifying us, you must normally send the eligible goods back within 14 days.

Our separate 30-day Returns & Refund Policy may provide additional return rights beyond the minimum statutory cancellation period. Any additional rights do not replace or reduce your statutory rights.

9. Sealed Supplements and Hygiene Protection

The statutory cancellation right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

Because supplements are ingestible products, we cannot normally resell a product after its protective seal has been broken.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, a supplement must normally be:

  • Unused;

  • Unopened;

  • In its original packaging;

  • With its tamper-evident or protective seal intact; and

  • In a condition suitable for resale.

We will assess whether the statutory health or hygiene exception applies to the particular product and circumstances. This section does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed or supplied incorrectly.

Opening external delivery packaging solely to inspect the order does not by itself remove your rights. The relevant issue is whether the product’s protective packaging or hygiene seal has been broken.

10. Returning Cancelled Orders

Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for returning change-of-mind items safely to us.

Products should be appropriately packaged to prevent damage during return.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind order where this was communicated before purchase.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage. We cannot be responsible for a return that does not reach us.

Do not send a product back before checking the return instructions in our Returns & Refund Policy or contacting us.

Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, Pure Vitamins UK will provide the appropriate remedy and will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.

11. Refunds Following Statutory Cancellation

For an eligible statutory cancellation, we will refund:

  • The price paid for the returned goods; and

  • The cost of the least expensive standard delivery method we offered for the order.

If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional amount above our standard delivery cost.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until:

  • We receive the returned goods; or

  • You provide evidence that the goods have been sent back,

whichever occurs first.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the goods back or receiving acceptable evidence of return.

We may reduce a refund where legally permitted if handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop has reduced the value of the goods.

This does not apply where the goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect and the reduction would conflict with your statutory rights.

12. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products

The 14-day change-of-mind rules are separate from your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If a product is:

  • Faulty;

  • Damaged;

  • Unsafe;

  • Not as described;

  • Different from the product ordered; or

  • Missing from the delivery,

contact hello@puremultivitamins.com promptly with your order number and, where reasonably requested, a clear photograph of the item and packaging.

Do not consume a product if its pouch, container or safety seal is damaged or appears to have been interfered with.

We will investigate and provide the appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy. We will not charge you a return fee where the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise fail to meet your statutory rights.

13. Orders Charged Shortly Before Cancellation

If a subscription order has been charged but has not yet entered processing, we will try to cancel it and refund the payment.

Contact us as soon as possible. A short time between charging and fulfilment means cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

If the order has already entered processing or has been dispatched, it may have to be delivered and then returned under the applicable cancellation and returns procedure.

Cancellation of that individual order should not reactivate a subscription that has separately been cancelled.

14. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, our subscription or payment provider may:

  • Notify you;

  • Ask you to update the payment method;

  • Retry the payment;

  • Delay the scheduled order; or

  • Pause or cancel the subscription after unsuccessful payment attempts.

The exact number and timing of payment retries may depend on the subscription platform and payment provider.

No product will be dispatched unless the required payment has been successfully authorised.

You can update the payment method using the subscription-management facility where this option is available.

15. Product Availability

Subscription orders remain subject to product availability.

A subscription does not guarantee permanent availability of a product.

If a subscribed product is unavailable, we may:

  • Delay the order;

  • Skip the affected renewal;

  • Contact you about an appropriate alternative; or

  • Cancel and refund the affected order.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

If a product is permanently discontinued, we may cancel the subscription and notify you.

16. Changes to Products, Prices or Subscription Terms

We may change:

  • Product prices;

  • Product packaging;

  • Product size or format;

  • Subscription-management options;

  • Delivery frequencies; or

  • Subscription terms.

Where a material change affects an active subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice and explain when the change will take effect.

If a price increases or another material change disadvantages you, you may cancel before the change applies.

We will not apply a new price retrospectively to an order that has already been charged.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in:

  • Our subscription service;

  • Our systems or providers;

  • Consumer law;

  • Products or pricing; or

  • Our business operations.

The revised policy will be published on our website with an updated revision date.

Where a change materially affects an active subscription, we will provide appropriate advance notice where required.

Changes to this policy do not remove rights that have already arisen under an existing order or under applicable law.
