What types of supplements do you sell?
We offer vitamins, minerals and specialised supplement formulas. Each product page provides its ingredients, format, serving information and relevant dietary details.
Are your supplements suitable for everyday use?
Follow the directions on the current product label. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, have a medical condition or are considering a supplement for a child, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
Are your supplements suitable for vegans?
Most of our range is suitable for vegans, and vegan-friendly products are clearly identified on the product page. Products made with animal-derived ingredients are not vegan — that includes our Omega-3 Fish Oil, our Marine Collagen and our Hydrolysed Bovine Collagen. Please check the individual product page and the pack label before ordering.
How long does UK delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days and then delivered by Royal Mail within approximately 2–4 business days. The overall expected timeframe is normally approximately 3–6 business days. Estimates may be affected by weekends, public holidays or busy periods.
Where do you deliver?
Pure Vitamins UK currently delivers within Great Britain. If no delivery option appears for your address at checkout, we cannot currently ship to that destination.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery costs £2.99. Free standard delivery is available on qualifying orders over £35. The final charge and eligibility are confirmed at checkout.
How do I receive tracking information?
Royal Mail tracking information is emailed after dispatch. Check your spam or junk folder if it is missing. If you have not received tracking information within three business days of ordering, email hello@puremultivitamins.com with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover and UnionPay, plus Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed in GBP. The methods available to you are displayed at checkout.
Do you charge VAT, and can I have a VAT invoice?
Pure Vitamins UK is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on your order and we are unable to issue a VAT invoice. Your order confirmation email is your receipt. If you need another copy, email hello@puremultivitamins.com with your order number.
What is your return policy?
Pure Vitamins UK offers an enhanced 30-day return period for eligible unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging. Contact hello@puremultivitamins.com within 30 days of receiving the order and wait for approval and instructions before returning anything.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the actual cost of return postage. We do not charge a fixed return fee, cancellation fee or restocking fee. Pure Vitamins UK covers reasonable return costs for products confirmed as damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed.
Approved refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or, where applicable, acceptable evidence of return. Our policy does not affect statutory rights.
Can I return an opened supplement?
For health-protection and hygiene reasons, supplements cannot normally be returned after the safety seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
What should I do if a product is damaged, incorrect or missing?
Email hello@puremultivitamins.com with your order number and clear photographs of the product, outer packaging and delivery label. Do not use a product if its packaging or safety seal is compromised, and do not return anything until our support team provides instructions.
What are your customer-service hours?
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm UK time, excluding public holidays. Emails received outside these hours will be reviewed when the team is next available.
