• Trans-resveratrol, 100mg. From Japanese knotweed. Resveratrol comes in two isomers and only one of them is the stable, well-studied form. We specify trans. A label that just says "resveratrol" hasn't told you which you're getting, and that silence is usually deliberate.
• Pterostilbene, 50mg. Resveratrol's methylated cousin, found in blueberries. Two extra methyl groups make it more fat-soluble and slower for the body to clear. That's exactly why it sits at 50mg instead of matching the resveratrol. The dose follows the chemistry rather than the marketing.
• Quercetin, 125mg. A flavonol rather than a stilbenoid, so it widens the polyphenol profile instead of duplicating what's already there.
• CoQ10, 100mg. Ubiquinone, with a long fatty tail that makes it properly fat-soluble. That's the reason we tell you to take these with food and not on an empty stomach.
• Piperine, 5mg. Standardised black pepper extract, included for the polyphenols and their absorption profile. Small dose, specific job.
